摘要

A novel approach and method for potentiometric determination of acid dissociation constant (Ka) ofhydrofluoric acid are described. Proposed method is based on using commercial fluoride ISE (FISE) asvery inexpensive, simple and reasonably fast method for determination of fluoride species. We areproposing a usage a direct potentiometric method for determination of fluoride species and Ka of hydrofluoric acid in water solutions for 1.01 pH 7.01 and 1.010 cT(F ) 1.010 mol L . Found acid dissociation constant of hydrofluoric acid (pKa = 3.240.02, Ka = 5.7510 L mol ) and formation constant of HF2 (log= 0.600, = 3.98 L mol ) are in very good agreement with literatureones.
