摘要

LnFeO3 (Ln = La, Nd, Sm and Gd) were prepared by microwave-assistant citrate method andcharacterized by XRD and SEM. The electrocatalytic activity toward hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) was investigated by Tafel polarization and impedance measurements. The order of theelectrocatalytic activity was NdFeO3 > LaFeO3 > SmFeO3 > GdFeO3, according to the calculatedvalues of the activation energy. The reaction order and the reaction mechanism for all the preparedperovskites were identified. In addition, the effect of the partial substitution at the Lanthanide-site inLa1-ySmyFeO3 was also studied.
