A functional framework of knowledge service platform in library is proposed in this paper. Firstly, for the deficiency of present service pattern in library, we bring forward an integrated library knowledge service pattern and expatiate its three service ways, namely, self-determination service, specialized service and individualized service for the users. Then, on the basis of knowledge-service pattern analysis, a functional framework of knowledge service platform in library is provided. Finally, functions of the platform are given in detail.
