Usability of E-Government Services in Developing Countries

Usability is requirement for which not much research has been done in relation to designing usable eGovernment services especially in developing countries. The high failure of most of egovernment projects in these contest has been linked to poor usability. Most research on egovernment services has been focused on general egovernment implementations. This paper dicusses why usability of egovernment services in developing countries is poor and presents a proposal for a possible solution.
