Welcome to the July-December 2017 issue of the IETEJournal of Education!In the first article of this issue, Rathore has reviewed theproperties of loop- and node-analysis based matrices ofreciprocal and non-reciprocal networks and has presented a systematic synthesis of networks from suchmatrices. This exposition is expected to be useful in giving a better understanding of the loop/mesh and nodeanalysis methods to the students.
