Extra-capsular approach and partial capsulotomy in hip arthroscopy for treatment of femoroacetabular impingement syndrome

Backgroud: Hip arthroscopy is an effective method in the diagnosis and treatment of hip joint diseases,but the exposure the the central and peripheral compartments is relatively hard,we aim to assess the advantages of the extra-capsular approach and partial capsulotomy method in hip arthroscopy for treatment of femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) syndrome.
