Birooted Primary Maxillary Central Incisors

Morphological variations like additional roots and root canalsin human deciduous dentition are rare. Knowledge of themorphology, variation of root and root canals of deciduous teethare useful for successful endodontic treatment and exodontia.Presented here is a case report of supernumerary root and rootcanals of deciduous maxillary central incisors. This anomalywas noticed while determining the working length of incisorswhile performing pulpectomy procedure. Both deciduousmaxillary central incisors exhibited bifurcations in the coronaland apical third of the roots which were appreciated followingobturation.
