Mohamad Mova Al 'Afghani is completing a Ph Dthesis entitled 'The Role of Legal Frameworks inEnabling Transparency in Water UtilitiesRegulation', at the United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO)Centre for Water Law, Policy and Science at theUniversity of Dundee, UK, under the supervisionof Professor Patrica Wouters and Dr Sarah Hendry.Mova is the Chairman of the Center for WaterGovernance at Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor,Indonesia. He is also a contributor to World WaterForum 5 Target Solution Groups 1 (StakeholdersEngagement) and 2 (Regulatory Frameworks).
