AfieldexperimentwasconductedinLihijan,Iranin2013toevaluatetheeffectofphosphorusfertilization(P)andPseudomonasfluorescensstrainonthegrowthandyieldofthefababean.Theexperimentusedarandomizedcompleteblockdesignwithafactorialtreatmentarrangementandthreereplicates.Theexperimentalfactorswerephosphorusapplication(0and25kghasup#45;1/sup)andP.fluorescensstrains(non#45;inoculated,strain136,andstrain168).ANOVAshowedasignificantinteractioneffectofPandP.fluorescensstrainonplantheight,podnumberperplant,100grainweight,podlength,andpodandgrainyield.ANOVAalsoshowedthatgrainnumberperpodwassignificantlyaffectedbyPapplicationandP.fluorescensstrain,whilehaulmyieldwassignificantlyaffectedonlybyP.fluorescensstrain.IntheabsenceofP,thegrainyieldofinoculatedplantswasnotsignificantlydifferentfromthatofnon#45;inoculatedplants.InthepresenceofP(25kghasup#45;1/sup),strain168showedanincreaseingrainyieldof42%and65%overstrain136andnon#45;inoculatedplants,respectively.Theresultsindicatedthatapplicationofphosphorus(25kghasup#45;1/sup)andseedinoculationwithP.fluorescensstrain168canberecommendedtoincreasegrain/podyieldsignificantly./font
