Esophageal cancer-related multiple primary cancers (MPCs)

We have read your journal for a long time. The opinion of the paper by Fang-Liang Huang et al.1 in your journal is that identifying susceptible gene and biomarkers can help in predicting the treatment response of Esophageal cancer patients while improving their survival rates. We agree with this opinion, but postoperative management of patients with esophageal cancer should be considered.
