Part three of this research paper is the final part of the narrative that completes the discussion undertaken in this comprehensive research effort. This part of the paper will encapsulate the discussion in outlining two important stakeholders in respect of stakeholder relations, in the form of Ezemvelo and the Ingonyama Trust Board (ITB). Other stakeholders will not be discussed. Having discussed the land question throughout the discussion, the researcher will posit that the land debate is about dignity and will outline some pertinent issues in respect to agrarian reform, important to stakeholder relations in the context of iSimangaliso. Synthesis of culture and the importance of appropriate technology will be nuanced. The researcher will provide some thoughts as a gestalt to this narrative. Some conclusions, recommendations and a few alient recommendations will be provided and made by the researcher. The narrative concludes the discussion that growth must take place now in South Africa or it will never happen. Finally, a broad conclusion will be undertaken to bring the narrative to an orderly conclusion.
