摘要

In this work we study the malaria disease problem in Tumaco throughof the mathematical modelling with the objective of contribute to theunderstanding of the transmission dynamics. To this end, we formulatea system of ordinary di erential equations which tries to describe themalaria disease transmission dynamics for human and mosquito populationsconsidering vectorial transmission, vertical transmission of diseaseand a force of infection which measure the impact that occurs in thedisease transmission rate when an infected human is introduced into the mosquito population. The results reveal the importance of congenitaltransmission and death due to disease in the infection outcome.
