Cogitation on Routine Drowned Cases in Mazandaran Province: a Case Study in between the Year 2008 to 2013

Since last few decades drowned cases are increasing inMazandaran Province which could be directly estimatedwhile going through the data available at the pre-hospitalemergency department of the aforesaid Province and legalmedicine organization. Mazandaran Province receives agreat number of tourists every year, especially in summerand for them swimming in the Caspian Sea is the majormotive of attraction. Our study was conducted on thedescriptive-periodical basis in Mazandaran Province fromJune to September within 2008- 2013 by using the availableresources at above mentioned units of the MazandaranProvince.With reference to the place of the drowning,deathcauses for most of the individuals indicate poor quality orineff iciency of rescue systems. Possible suggestions havebeen given to overcome such accidents.
