RadixsalviaemiltiorrhizaeisawidelyusedtraditionalChinesemedicine,itistherootandrhizomeofSalviamiltiorrhizaBgeandbelongstothefamilyLabiatae.Manyofitspharmacologicaleffectshavebeenreportedinapreviousstudy.Inthisstudy,atwo-dimensiononlineanalyticalmethodofepidermalgrowthfactorreceptorcellmembranechromatographycombinedwithliquidchromatography/massspectrometrywasbuiltforrecognition,separationandidentificationofactivecomponentsfromtraditionalChineseherbRadixsalviaemiltiorrhizae.Gefitinibwasusedaspositivecontrol,whileatenolol,nicotine,andnimodipinewereusedasnegativecontrolstoinvestigatetheselectivityoftheEGFR/CMCcolumnandsystemsuitabilityofthisonlineanalyticalmethod.CryptotanshinonewasscreenedfromRadixsalviaemiltiorrhizaebythisonlineanalyticalmethod.Throughinvitropharmacologicaltrials,cryptotanshinoneshowedobviousanddose-dependentinhibitionactivityintherange0.40to50.0μM.Moleculardockingassayshowedthatthecryptotanshinonebindingregionwasinverygoodagreementwithgefitinib.TheEGFR/CMC-online-LC/MStwo-dimensionanalyticalmethodwasdemonstratedasaneffectivescreeningmethodthatrapidlyrecognizesandenrichesactivecomponentsactingontheepidermalgrowthfactorreceptorfromRadixsalviaemiltiorrhizaeandseparatesandidentifiesthem...
