A 40?year old woman with upper abdominal pain

You see a forty year old woman in the emergency department.She tells you that for the last week she has been experiencing upperabdominal pain after eating a fatty meal. The pain moves to herback and right shoulder. On examination she is tender in the rightupper quadrant of the abdomen. You request liver function tests.
