The topicis highly relevant to anaesthesiology, but the clinical relevance is notthreaded throughout the entire manuscript, which it needs to be.Otherwise, a science/clinical pharmacology journal is a better target.Perhaps delineating the physicochemical properties of water usingexamples with anaesthetic drugs/clinical scenarios will help this to readmore easily and appeal to a medical audience, e.g. what are the clinicalconsequences of these properties and how does it affect clinical practice.
