A consuma??o do fato: representa??es da primeira semana do Governo Lula no telejornalismo da Rede Globo de Televis?o

This paper is an analysis of the journalistic coverage of Rede Globo de Televisao in the national news (Bom Dia Brasil, Jornal Hoje, Jornal Nacional and Jornal da Globo), during the first week of President Luís Inácio Lula da Silva in office. This study takes into consideration the historical report between Rede Globo de Televis?o and the several periods of Lula's labor union and political activism, highlighting the channel's coverage during the campaigns for presidency, which he ran for. However, this paper focuses on the analysis of the news coverage for the new government, showing the channel's approach to the new president, to the characteristics attributed to him and to his ministry, proposals and term.
