The Department of the Navy Chief Information Officer (DON CIO) is scheduled torelease the DON Enterprise Architecture v2.0.000, on July 31, 2010. DON EAv2.0.000 will continue to ensure that programs, projects and investments are alignedwith achieving departmental goals and objectives. It will also provide authoritativereference information, which can be used in the development of solutionarchitectures to support and fulfill DON mission and capability requirements. Thisupdate includes additional Enterprise Reference Architectures, Segment ReferenceArchitectures, and new and modified DON EA laws, regulations, policies andguidance (LRPGs) rules.
