En la medicina convencional, se denominan acrosindromes a todas las enfermedades que afectan la microcirculacin cutnea, sin embargo es de suma importancia diferenciarlos entre ellos, porque aunque comparten caracteristicas clinicas similares; la causa, pronostico y tratamiento es diferente, y al lograr distinguirlos, se impactar en la calidad de vida de los pacientes.A lo largo de este artculo, se describen las enfermedadesms representativas de este grupo como lo son: Fenmeno de Raynaud, Acrocianosis, Livedo reticularis, Eritromelalgia, Eritema pernio, y la Enfermedad de Buerguer; haciendo una descripcin detallada de cada una, enfatizando en lo que las hace nicas, para que el lector consiga hacer un adecuado diagnostico diferencial y logre enfocar correctamente sus pacientes en la prctica mdica.ABSTRACTIn conventional medicine, are called acrosyndromesall diseases that affect the skin microcirculation,however it is important to differentiatebetween them, because although they sharesimilar clinical characteristics; cause, prognosisand treatment is different, and the distinctionbetween them, will achieve impact in the qualityof life of patients.Throughout this article, the most representativediseases in this group are described as: Raynaudphenomenon, acrocyanosis, livedo reticularis,erythromelalgia, erythema pernio andBuerger disease; doing a detailed descriptionof each, emphasizing what makes them unique,thus the reader gets to make an appropriate differentialdiagnosis and will approach properlythe patients with these conditions.
