摘要

The implementation of mathematical model of photovoltaic cell into specialized software Matlab-Simulink is presented. The equivalent model used for photovoltaic cell was the simple diode, with five parameters, taking into account both shunt and series resistances. The computing model is realized by using the equations for the following parameters: thermal voltage, photovoltaic current, diode saturation current and ideality factor. The study is realized on a polycrystalline photovoltaic panel, with 30 Wp maximum power. Therefore, the main characteristics are obtained, such as the variation of the output power, depending on the voltage and current of the PV panel, or the variation of the current with the voltage.
