摘要

Infotechnology is an emerging science developed at the same timeof information and communication technologies, and telecommunications. It helpsthe implementation of new working methods in the libraries. These methods havemade the processes easier allowing a higher access to wider networks, and creatingelectronic products applicable to every activity in area of Library Sciences andTechnologies facilitating the interaction with the user, as well as storaging big datavolumes in smaller formats.
