Obituary

摘要

Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdul Aziz Khan was born in Pabna on 1st February, 1931. He obtained M. Sc. degree in Botany from University of Dhaka in 1951. He joined as Research Associate in the Department of Botany, University of Dhaka in 1951 and was appointed as Lecturer in 1955, Senior Lecturer in 1964 and Reader in 1969 in the same department. Professor Khan obtained Ph.D. degree from Cambridge University, UK in 1965. In 1977, he obtained Commonwealth Staff Fellowship for conducting research in St. Andrews University, Scotland, UK.
