Nestled in the in foothills of Tucson, Arizona at the base of the Catalina Mountains, this three shell building office plaza is located at the intersection of two major streets, Swan Road and Skyline Drive. It is a busy commercial intersection but situated in a predominately residential neighborhood. The challenge given the architect, Burton and Associates Architects, was to create an inviting office atmosphere while still respecting the residential character. A two-story, multi-family complex is adjacent on the north side of the property, and on the opposite side of the property from the west side intersection is a deep wash.
