Editorial

摘要

The 6th Aseanian Membrane Society Conference (AMS6) was held in conjunction with the 2010 International Membrane Science and Technology Conference (IMSTEC10) over Nov. 22-26 in Sydney, Australia. The Centre for Membrane Science and Technology at the University of New South Wales has held a series of major membrane conferences (IMSTEC) since 1984, and in 2010, the newly formed Membrane Society of Australasia (MSA) joined us as co-hosts of AMS6/IMSTEC10. We were delighted that over 350 researchers in the field of membrane science and technology chose to attend AMS6/ IMSTEC10. We particularly welcomed those from the membrane communities of China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea who form part of the Aseanian Membrane Society and thank them for their support. We also thank our institutional and industrial sponsors for their support of the conference.
