Have you ever wondered how the people at the top made it? A recent NDTA-led A-35 session at the SDDC Training Symposium provided some insight. Active duty and retired military commissioned and non-commissioned officers shared personal and practical experiences during the "Young Leaders Mentoring and Educational Session." Vignettes applied to career advancement, skill sets, and even interaction with senior staff. For young professionals in the audience, the discussion offered a true taste of "what to do and what not to do" in order to get ahead.
