PRIME MINISTER BORIS JOHNSON of the United Kingdom has articulated, and begun to execute, a clear grand strategic vision for his nation's immediate and long-term future. Britain, and most of the world, has not seen such a clear articulation of grand strategy for more than a century. Only the People's Republic of China (PRC) - or, rather, the Communist Party of China (CPC) - has laid out a comprehensive set of goals and methodologies in the way the UK did in March 2021, but, even then, Beijing attempted to obscure its goals and methods.
