Kellstrom's Williams Aerospace Acquires Aerospace Welding

Kellstrom Defense on Tuesday said its Williams Aerospace and Manufacturing (WAM) company has acquired Aerospace Welding, Inc., a provider of precision welding processes for aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition follows another by WAM in October of Titanium Specialties Inc. to add in-house metal forming capabilities for the aerospace market.
