摘要

The recent unveiling of the Construction Strategy by the Cabinet Office, designed to change the way in which the government procures construction across all sectors, is nothing new as far as driving down costs is concerned. The strategy, launched by Francis Maude on 31st May 2011, aims to reduce costs by up to 20% by the end of this parliament, helping both the government and the construction sector.
