Every year, the annual gathering of international leadership in New York for ministerial session of the United Nations' General Assembly (UNGA) provides a venue for quick bilateral and multilateral interactions amongst global leaders. Prime Minster Imran Khan spared five days for this event. Though his interactions were wide ranging and wholesome the primary focus was on Kashmir and Afghanistan. India's annexation of occupied Kashmir territories and America's abrupt walking away from signing the agreement for restoration of peace in Afghanistan had upset the apple cart of peace making in South Asia, both these events have wide ranging implications for Pakistan's state and society.
