Aria incentives to grow UK butter output

Aria Foods is offering UK suppliers greater incentives to produce higher-fat milk as it increases butter production at its Westbury plant. It is also raising its members' base price by between 0.85-1.85ppl from October 1. Aria maintains that it is "not moving the goalposts" on prices but providing better rewards to those already producing best-quality milk and incentivising others to do the same, according to the Farmers Guardian.
