Bergader debuts new mild blue

Widening its range of blue mould cheeses Germany's Bergader, has introduced a milder version of its famous Bavarian Blu cheese. Bergader Blu Cremoso is claimed to be the result of a new ripening procedure that results in a milder flavour and a creamier consistency than the dairy's flagship, which was modelled on Roquefort back in the 1920s.
