Allum to chair UK dairy task force

Kate Allum has been appointed to succeed Tim Bennett as chair of the Dairy Roadmap Task Force. The Dairy Roadmap is a supply chain initiative that was established to minimise the industry's environmental impact. It is a living document and targets are kept constantly under review. Chairmanship rotates between producer and processor organisations and Kate Allum has been nominated by Dairy UK and appointed by the task force to lead this important activity for the next two years.
