The booming children's market for cheese products in Germany sees a new spicy white mould Knirps lactose-free cheese launched by the Bavarian dairy Bauer. Although yogurt is its main output, prepacked cheese snacks - especially those for sale in schools - is increasingly important, says Bauer. The new playtime cheese comes in 100g portions with an RRP of €1.29 in self-service cool cabinets.
