St Helens in UK bought by Norway's Kavli

Kavli has acquired St Helen's Farm in the UK, a producer of goat milk products. The buy expands the Norwegian-owned Kavli Group's presence in the UK dairy market, and boosts Kavli UK turnover to more than £40m (€46.5m). Kavli is owned by the Kavli Trust, a charity set up by the Kavli family in the 1960s to continue the work of the founder Olav Kavli. Profits from the group's commercial activities are used to support causes in the UK and around the world.
