Concentrating the colours

As the market for natural colours grows, manufacturers are seeking out smaller companies to acquire to fill niches in their portfolios and expand their reach. One example is Roha, an India-based colour manufacturer, which announced its acquisition of New Foods Industry near Verona, Italy. The latter provides dry ingredients for the food and beverage industries. This is the third acquisition for Roha in 2017, consolidating its position in the colour business with synergistic ingredients.
