Mueller has collected applications for its Mueller Advantage Next Generation initiative, which will help to develop and enhance the skills of 25 ambitious young farmers, enabling them to build sustainable and profitable dairy businesses.The revised three-year programme for Mueller Direct farmers now includes a greater focus on environmental challenges, responsibilities and opportunities, the company says. The initiative is part of Mueller Advantage, which provides up to 600 Muller Direct dairy farmers with tools and support to help further improve supply chain collaboration, animal welfare, responsible sourcing and reductions in environmental impact.
