New milk standard in Germany

The new "QM-Milch-Standard 2020" will become effective on 1 January 2020 in Germany, when it will replace the currently used standard 2.0. The QM-Milch standard covers the basic requirements for the process of producing cow's milk in Germany. It applies to all milk producers that participate in the delivery to the dairies.
