German dairy co-operative, DMK Group, reported total revenue in 2018 of €5.6 billion, which compared to the previous year, saw a drop of 3.4% (2017: €5.8 billion), while earnings slightly improved, to €30.6 million from €29.6 million in 2017. Ingo Muller, CEO of the DMK Group says, "We have completely restructured a complex company with many branches in just two years. Based on this, we are now starting to restructure market development accordingly - price margin before quantity. This is an extremely ambitious plan for a company of our size, and we are fully on target in terms of implementation."
