In the wake of a study finding that eight out of 10 Americans fall short on the recommended amount of milk in their daily diets, the Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP), Washington, D.C., created the "Pour One More" educational campaign. The year-long campaign launched in January and aims to educate mothers of young children and teens about the importance of finding ways to introduce one more serving of milk a day.
