A comparative analysis was made of the allozyme variability in a Crimean population of Pinus pallasiana D. Don according to ten polymorphic loci of samples of seed embryos and maternal plants with substantial differences in the production of full and empty seeds. It was established that the allelic diversity is fully reproduced in the seed progeny of plants of the samples isolated; however, the genotypic structure is mixed on account of a deficiency of heterozygotes.
