Cross-border supervision: new SFC proposals

摘要

Upgrading the level of supervisory assistance the SFC can provide to overseas regulators will: 1.boost the SFC's ability to enter into international supervisory cooperation arrangements 2.adhere better to international regulatory standards, and 3.secure access for Hong Kong licensed corporations to certain overseas markets which are only open to jurisdictions that are parties to supervisory cooperation arrangements.
