Fixing A Fluke

Happy New Year to all of my fellow hams and kit builders around the world! I have pointed out that I often rely on a Fluke meter to make measurements needed both in my work and in kit building. But most hams dismiss having a Fluke multimeter as being way too costly. But it's sometimes possible to find a bargain at a flea mar- ket. I acquired one of my two Flukes kind of through happenstance, and another at a local hamfest. The one I found at the hamfest will be examined in this article.
