This section offers news briefs concerning Council on Botanical and Horticultural Libraries (CBHL) members in the eastern U.S. region. The traveling exhibition "Nature's Beloved Son: Rediscovering John Muir's Botanical Legacy" will be hosted by the Cherokee Garden Library of the Atlanta History Center in Georgia. Librarian Win Eide of the Olbrich Botanical Gardens Schumacher Library has retired. The launch of a stamp that commemorates botanist Asa Gray was celebrated on June 29, 2011.
