The article discusses highlights of the lecture given by author Andrea Wulf about her book "Founding Gardeners: The Revolutionary Generation, Nature, and the Shaping of the American Nation," during the 2011 Council on Botanical and Horticultural Libraries (CBHL) Annual Meeting. She described how the research for her previous book "Brother Gardeners" inspired her to write a new book.
