Most organisations have implemented a website. Many are now experiencing problems associated with maintaining the content of that website. We discuss what has led to web content management, what is driving it, and propose a WCM framework to help organisations to understand how to manage and Control their websites better. Research involving the use of this framework is at An early stage, and we welcome any feedback.
