The letter is to make you aware of the fact that the recommended incentive program in the February edition of your magazine gives very dangerous and confusing advice to the readers ("Variable pay option for field employees" pg. 34). If implemented it could have a detrimental effect on companies operating in this very competitive market. In addition, how they account for these incentives could cause them to never realize that they were now losing money on previously profitable jobs.
