NTEA Cancels Work Truck Show for 2021

The NTEA, the professional association of the work truck industry, has elected to cancel its signature event, Work Truck Week, held annually in Indianapolis, due to safety concerns surrounding the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Work Truck Week is an umbrella event that includes both the Work Truck Show and the Green Truck Summit. Peter Miller, NTEA Board Chair, and Steve Carey, NTEA President and CEO, issued a joint statement on the cancellation that reads in part:After extensive and careful deliberation, we have realized a typical Work Truck Week is not possible in 2021. The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors and staff is paramount, and was a driving factor in the Board of Directors assessing the feasibility of the 2021 event.
