Mark Andrews has left his post as chief executive of M&E giant NG Bailey.rnThe shock move, which was announced last week, means Chris Newton will become acting chief executive, stepping up from his position of chief financial officer.rnAndrews' departure comes less than two months after the firm revealed that it had made a ￡10.8m pre-tax loss for the year to 27 February 2009, despite a 14% rise in turnover to￡600m.rn"The tightening market conditions will make 2009/10 a difficult year for the group, with a downturn in activity resulting in margins being squeezed," the company said in its directors' report.
