Towering condominium blocks are beginning to appear along the shoreline between Gulfport and Biloxi, each fighting for superlatives as the tallest, more luxurious, best views, and most value for money. These new towers are amongst the tallest structures along the coast. One such tower complex under construction is the first phase of the two-stage 14-story Legacy Oaks complex on the Gulfport-Biloxi border where the main contractor, W. G. Yates, is well advanced in construction of the first phase of the 220-unit complex, which is spread across two towers set in over 8 acres of grounds.
