Hackney Council is inviting bids forafour-year£348 million framework agreement covering work across the council's housing portfolio. Work to be carried out includes planned maintenance - worth £80m - and the completion of the council's Decent Homes Phase III programme, worth £180m. From 2012 the contractor will also be expected to carry out major works programmes with a value of £88m. The deadline for pre-qualif ication questionnaires is 4 August.
